About the ACIC
The vision behind ACIC is that local innovation is the key to global climate resilience. We empower young people to lead with foresight, values, and actionable strategies.
It is an ideas competition aimed at developing innovative, sustainable, and economically viable solutions for local climate change adaptation, while supporting participants in turning these ideas into real-world solutions. The first edition of ACIC took place in 2022 in Ghana.
